DRESDEN

VISIT TO DRESDEN: 5th-9th October, 2008.
A group of HDFAS members travelled to Dresden for three full days of visits, including the Cathedral and the Semper Opera House. Outings in the surrounding area included Pillnitz Castle, a steamer cruise along the River Elbe and a visit to a porcelain manufacturer in Meissen.
