AGM, 18th November, 2008

Thanks were given by Jane Stopford-Russell to the retiring President Jane Britten, who then presented flowers to the new President, Roscelin Rees.

 

VISIT TO DRESDEN

5th-9th October, 2008.
A group of HDFAS members travelled to Dresden for three full days of visits, including the Cathedral and the Semper Opera House. Outings in the surrounding area included Pillnitz Castle, a steamer cruise along the River Elbe and a visit to a porcelain manufacturer in Meissen.

JUNE 6th 2008, NADFAS 40th Anniversary Evening

An evening meeting at the Haslemere Musuem, which was attended by 80 members and their guests, was organised by HDFAS to celebrate NADFAS' 40th Anniversay.
